Beat the heat with this trendy iced coffee drink!
Ingredients:
1 cup freshly-brewed strong organic coffee from The Bean
12 large fresh mint leaves
1 tablespoon turbinado sugar (or your favorite sweetener)
1 cup ice
Splash of cream/milk/favorite mylk
Directions:
Brew coffee
Muddle the mint and sweetener in a cocktail shaker
Add ice, coffee and cream: Add handful of ice to shaker, followed by coffee and cream
Give it a good shake
Serve! Pour into your favorite glass, add mint leaf on top
