How about an easy to make,delicious but low-cal smoothie ingredient with coffee? Perfect for those busy spring and summer mornings

 

Ingredients:

    • 2 bananas
    • 1/2 cup coffee (cold or room temperature)
    • 1/4 cup coconut milk
    • 3 tablespoons coconut (optional/if you like it sweeter)
    • 1 handful ice

    Add all to blender-keep a little coconut for the top too!
