An Italian coffee treat that can be enjoyed as either a delicious dessert or as an afternoon pick-me-up. Add a shot of Kahlua or Frangelico if you're looking to take your drink to the next level!
Ingredients:
2 scoops vanilla ice cream or gelato
3 tbsp strongly-brewed coffee or 1 shot espresso
1 tsp dark chocolate finely grated
Optional: 1.5 oz liqueur (Kahlua/Frangelico/Baileys)
Directions:
1. Place two scoops of vanilla ice cream into a glass.
2. Pour hot coffee or espresso over the ice cream. Add shot of liqueur if desired.
3. Finely grate dark chocolate on top and enjoy!
